Appam & egg curry

An appam or aappam is a type of thin pancake in South Indian cuisine. Poori & curry

Poori is an unleavened ,deep-fried Indian flatbread made from wheat flour. It puffs up into a golden balloon when fried in hot oil and is typically served hot for breakfast or as a snack alongside potato curries (aloo masala) or chickpea curries.
